Job summary

Tailwind Concessions is hiring a highly motivated Cashier/Barista for its Starbucks at Portland, ME. You will greet customers, take orders, process transactions, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a busy travel environment.

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, accuracy with POS systems, and teamwork to ensure a smooth guest experience. A TSA background check is required to obtain an airport badge; veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders with a smile
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and point of sale system

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to our standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join the Tailwind team! Be a part of the Tailwind Starbucks experience by providing excellent customer service for an amazing guest experience and bring a fun, inviting atmosphere to all travelers. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, interacting with guest in a positive manner and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a positive shopping or dinning experience.
