Better Buzz Coffee in Fontana, CA is opening a new location and hiring Baristas. Join a fast-paced team delivering friendly service, crafting beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You’ll learn every aspect of the business, with opportunities for growth and a structured training program.

Base pay is $20 per hour with tips once the location opens to the public. The role requires reliability for nights, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy café environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions — cross-trained and adaptable including kitchen tasks.
• Keep our space clean, safe and guest-ready.

Compensation:

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service

• Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
• Keep our space clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates

Our baristas have the opportunity to learn the entirety of our business:

• Cashier - Point of Sale
• Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking
• Working the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru)
• Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders
• Back of House - Cooking & Prepping

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
