Better Buzz Coffee in Ontario, CA is hiring baristas for our BRAND NEW LOCATION opening October 2026. You will deliver fast, friendly service, learn our drinks and food offerings, and help guests feel welcome from the first smile to the last sip.

We value energy, authenticity, and teamwork. Roles include cross‑training across café positions with opportunities for growth and development within a fun, high‑energy environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions, cross‑trained and adaptable, including kitchen duties.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and guest-ready.

Compensation:

Base pay is $20 per hour. You will earn tips once the new location is open to the public.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Work all café positions — our baristas are cross‑trained and adaptable — including working in our kitchens to make food to order
• Keep our space clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates

Our baristas have the opportunity to learn the entirety of our business:

• Cashier - Point of Sale
• Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking
• Working the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru)
• Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders
• Back of House - Cooking & Prepping
