Better Buzz Coffee Roasters is seeking friendly, reliable team members to join our California cafés. You’ll deliver fast, genuine service, showcase knowledge of coffee, tea, and food, and help prepare items to our standard recipes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions — baristas cross-trained and adaptable — including kitchen food prep.
• Keep spaces clean, safe — always ready for guests and teammates.
• Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications.
• Stock all necessary ingredients for each station.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.

Compensation

Base pay is $20.00 per hour.
