Job summary

Better Buzz Coffee in Eastvale, CA seeks baristas for a brand-new location opening in October 2026. Base pay is $20/hour, with tips after opening. Must be available at least 22 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Join a fast-paced, energetic team dedicated to great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Compensation

• Base pay is $20 per hour. You will earn tips once the new location is open to the public.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
• Keep our space clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates

Our baristas have the opportunity to learn the entirety of our business

• Cashier - Point of Sale
• Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking
• Working the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru)
• Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders
• Back of House - Cooking & Prepping

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
