Job summary
CoreWeave is seeking a Bare Metal Support Engineer to maintain and operate our large GPU fleets across global data centers, ensuring reliability, performance, and scale for AI workloads. You will collaborate with customers, technicians, and инженерteams to resolve incidents and optimize systems.
Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, developing workload-specific guidance, and creating automation to streamline support.
Qualifications
- Experience in data centers, GPU clusters, or hardware troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to drive resolutions and continuous improvements in cross-functional teams.
- Intermediate Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) skills and command-line proficiency.
- Experience with NVIDIA GPUs, SuperMicro and Dell HPC hardware in large-scale data centers.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support for customers using bare-metal GPU fleets.
- Diagnose, triage, and investigate customer issues and incidents.
- Develop understanding of workloads to offer tailored technical support.
- Coordinate remote troubleshooting with Data Center Technicians.
- Create and maintain internal troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support production clusters.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve hardware reliability and performance.
- Implement automation and scripting to streamline support workflows.
- Perform in-depth log analysis across firmware, drivers, and hardware.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to drive improvements.
- Work with networking teams to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
