Job summary

CoreWeave is a leading cloud provider empowering AI workloads with a global GPU fleet. This role focuses on supporting bare-metal GPU clusters, diagnosing complex incidents, and collaborating with data center engineers to ensure reliability and performance at scale.

You will work with cross-functional teams, implement automation, and contribute to the product roadmap. A strong Linux background, FPGA/driver familiarity, and scripting skills are highly valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centers, GPU clusters, server deployments, system administration, or hardware troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to drive resolutions and improvements across cross-functional data center teams.
• Intermediate Linux knowledge (Ubuntu, CentOS or similar) with CLI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for customers using bare-metal GPU fleets on CoreWeave Cloud.
• Diagnose, triage, and investigate incidents, identifying root causes and escalating as needed.
• Develop understanding of customer workloads to tailor technical support.
• Coordinate remote troubleshooting with Data Center Technicians.
• Create and maintain internal troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support production clusters.
