Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group is expanding its team in Austin, TX to own the end-to-end lifecycle of bare-metal GPU nodes. You will drive provisioning, delivery, firmware management, and decommissioning across regions, building automated pipelines to scale toward thousands of GPUs.

The role requires hands-on GPU server experience, Linux expertise, and automation skills. Join a fast-growing infra team responsible for reliability, on-call incident management, and fleet performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years in large-scale bare-metal / server-fleet operations, HPC, or cloud infra.
• Hands-on GPU server ops at scale (NVIDIA HGX/DGX-class) including firmware management.
• Strong Linux skills; PXE/IPMI/Redfish, OS imaging, automated provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of bare-metal GPU nodes across regions.
• Build and operate automated node-delivery pipelines to handle fleet growth.
• Manage DPU/SmartNIC and server firmware baselines, upgrades, validation.
• Improve fleet reliability, MTTR, and incident response with runbooks.
• Participate in a 7x24 multi-region on-call rotation; develop tooling to reduce toil.
• Collaborate with Storage/Image/Network teams to streamline provisioning-to-handoff.
• Define bring-up, rack, capacity, and acceptance standards for new GPU SKUs.
