Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience in a full-service restaurant with F&B experience.
• This is a full-time year-round position requiring work on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as part of bar operations.
• Experience with POS systems and maintaining bar area cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean and prepare bar area for the start of business.
• Stock garnishes, ice, mixers and glassware, replenishing as necessary.
• Prepare garnishes for drinks, replenishing snacks, while clearing tableware for bar patrons.
• Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support the bartender.
• Clear and reset tables in the bar area as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness in all bar areas, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage area.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory as directed by the Bartender or Bar Manager.
• Practice cleanliness and safety in all bar areas, liquor and wine storage areas.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Participate in daily staff meetings and department training meetings.
• Assist team members as needed to promote a teamwork environment.
