Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a memorable first impression.
• Set up bar area prior to service, prepare garnishes and drink ingredients.
• Describe wines, beers and liquors clearly and make recommendations.
• Serve cocktails, wine and beer following safe alcohol service standards.
• Maintain liquor inventory and organize stock.
• Assist guests with menu knowledge and service at the bar.
• Develop innovative drinks for guests and bar menus.
• Handle payments with proper cash handling procedures.
