Job summary

Viceroy Hotels in Sun Valley, Idaho invites a Barback to join our resort team. You will support bar operations, keep areas clean, restock supplies, and assist bartenders to ensure smooth service for guests across outlets.

This role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, and prior bar/restaurant experience is preferred. You’ll work within a luxury hospitality environment that values presentation, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous barback, restaurant, hotel, resort, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, mixers, juices, soft drinks, garnishes, glassware, ice, and operational supplies.
• Request, retrieve, verify, organize, and properly store bar requisitions and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all bar and service areas throughout the shift.
• Assist bartenders with operational support to ensure efficient and seamless service flow.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and operational needs.
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and departmental lineups.
