You will restock supplies, assist with prep, maintain storage and inventory, and ensure safety and cleanliness. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are expected, with a welcoming approach to guests and collaboration with bar leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent bending, standing for long periods).
• Strong work ethic and reliability; ability to stay organized under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and follow direction.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21+ in compliance with Wyoming alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Refill and restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, napkins, ice, and other supplies throughout service.
• Ensure bartenders have all materials needed for efficient and consistent service.
• Prepare basic garnishes and assist with bar prep tasks at the start of shift.
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas and assist with inventory procedures.
• Keep bar areas clean, including wiping surfaces, clearing glassware, emptying trash, and maintaining sanitary workspaces.
• Clean and polish glassware throughout the shift; ensure restocked items meet quality standards.
• Maintain ice bins, bar mats, and bar tools to health and safety standards.
• Support proper handling of chemicals and cleaning supplies.
• Deliver friendly, approachable assistance when interacting with guests.
• Restock water stations and ensure bar is presentable and inviting.
• Assist in running drinks or food when needed during peak periods.
• Work closely with bartenders, servers, and bar leadership to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for events and lodge activities.
