Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Barback to support our bartenders in a luxury hotel setting in Park City, UT. You will assist with drinks, stock wells, maintain glassware, and help ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You should enjoy hospitality, be at least 21, flexible to work weekends and holidays, and collaborate with a world-class team. Prior food and beverage experience and hotel familiarity are a plus; training is provided.

• Team oriented with good communication
• Hospitality experience a plus
• Luxury hotel experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Consistently follow the Food & Beverage sequence of service while maintaining equipment and glassware
• Primarily assist with bartenders’ needs including mixing and serving drinks
• Work as a team and communicate with management and staff
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs
