Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
• Prepare garnishes and simple mixes
• Keep bar surfaces, floors, and equipment clean
• Retrieve and wash glassware; return clean glasses to stations
• Assist bartenders with orders during peak hours
• Empty trash, wipe spills, and maintain sanitation standards
• Organize inventory and store deliveries properly
