Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Barback to support bar operations within the hotel, ensuring guest service excellence and adherence to sustainability standards. You will assist bartenders, restock supplies, maintain bar cleanliness, and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience or restaurant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests when performing barback related functions.
• Retrieve orders from storeroom and verify stock against requisition with storeroom personnel.
• Re-check items with bartender for completeness after delivery to the bar.
• Prepare garnishes and juices; store back-up supplies for later use.
• Maintain supplies and ensure cleanliness of bar, beer lockers, and storage areas.
• Scoop ice, replenish ice containers, and assist with taps and beer kegs.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practice safety and MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
