Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and keep the bar, dining room, and service areas clean, stocked, and visually appealing. You will clear the bar top, clean glassware, restock items, and help prepare for service to ensure a world class guest experience.

Open 7 days with typical hours 11am-1am; schedules vary and may not guarantee preferences. Starting pay is base plus tips, with benefits eligibility for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• General knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and spirits.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must obtain any certifications required per local or state guidelines.
• Safely and effectively communicate to perform job requirements.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Maintain a pace to keep up with guest visits.
• Clean and stock glassware, napkins, straws at the bar.
• Assist bartenders with refilling bottles and garnishes.
• Clean spills and keep areas tidy in line with safety guidelines.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow all employment policies and handbook.
• Other duties as assigned, including opening/closing tasks.
