Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and keep bars stocked and clean, ensuring a world-class guest experience. You will clear the bar top, prep garnishes, stock glassware, and assist with opening/closing duties in a fast-paced environment.

Open venues typically run 11am-1am with flexible part-time schedules (15–30 hours/week). Candidates should have hospitality experience, knowledge of liquor, beer and wine, strong time management, and the ability to multitask calmly.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or related field experience.
• General knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and spirits.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must obtain certifications required by local/state guidelines.
• Ability to communicate safely and effectively in a busy venue.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Maintain pace with guests and assist bartenders as needed.
• Clean and stock glassware, napkins, and bar items.
• Help refill bottles and prep garnishes.
• Clean spills and keep bar areas tidy in line with safety standards.
• Follow policies and be a team player; perform opening/closing duties.
