Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and ensure our bar, dining room, and service areas stay clean, stocked, and visually appealing. Youll help clear the bar top, glassware, and restock items to deliver a world-class experience.

Open 7 days a week with flexible, part-time schedules typically ranging from 15 to 30 hours weekly. Prior hospitality experience preferred; must be 18+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• General knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and spirits.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must obtain any certifications required by local/state guidelines.
• Clear and safe communication with team and guests.
• Ability to work varied evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of multitasking calmly in a busy bar setting.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Maintain pace to keep up with guest visits.
• Clean and stock glassware, napkins, and straws around bar.
• Assist bartenders with refilling bottles and garnishes.
• Clean spills, keep areas tidy, follow safety guidelines.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow employment policies and any side duties as assigned.
