Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and keep the bar, dining room, and service areas clean, stocked, and visually appealing. You will assist with clearing the bar top, glassware, and restocking items to deliver a world-class experience.

Shifts are flexible with venues open 11am–1am seven days a week; typical weekly hours range 15–30 depending on business needs and availability. Great for team players who enjoy a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or related field.
• General knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and spirits.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication with guests and staff.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Must be 18+ years of age and able to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Maintain pace to keep up with guest visits.
• Clean and stock glassware and bar items (napkins, straws, etc.).
• Assist bartenders with refilling bottles and prepping garnishes.
• Clean spills and keep areas tidy in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow employment policies and complete assigned duties.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
