Job summary

Puttshack USA is hiring a Barback to support bartenders and keep the bar area stocked, cleaned and ready for service. The role also supports dining room and service areas to ensure a world‑class guest experience.

Open venues operate 11am–1am with variable weekly hours, typically 15–30 hours. The position requires 18+ and hospitality experience, with opportunities for tips and growth within a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• Prior hospitality experience.
• General knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and spirits.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must obtain local certifications if required.
• Flexible to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your A Game each day and maintain pace with guest visits.
• Clean and stock glassware and bar area supplies.
• Assist bartenders with refilling bottles and preparing garnishes.
• Clean spills and keep bar and dining areas tidy and safe.
• Follow safety, sanitation and employment policies and procedures.
• Be a team player and adapt to directions and duties as assigned.
