Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and ensure an elevated guest experience across the bar and dining areas. The role requires assisting with glassware, stock, and bar cleanliness to maintain a world-class environment.

Your schedule is open 7 days a week with typical shifts between 11am and 1am, offering 15–30 hours per week depending on business needs and availability. This position offers base pay plus tips and competitive benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience in hospitality or related field
• General knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and various spirits
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must obtain any certifications required per local or state guidelines

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day
• Maintain a pace sufficient to keep up with different levels of guest visits
• Clean and stock glassware and other items such as napkins, straws, etc. around the bar area
• Assist Bartenders with refilling bottles, prepping garnishes, etc.
• Clean spills and/or broken glasses and keep areas tidy, complying with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Take direction and be a team player
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side work, opening, and closing duties
