Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant or bar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Get ice for wells.
• Prepare fruit trays; ensure backups.
• Restock the bar with beer, liquor, wine, glassware, juices, etc.
• Check draft beers and ensure kegs are functioning.
• Change out empty kegs.
• Keep the bar clean before opening and wipe the bar top regularly.
• Help the Bartender with anything needed.
• Keep beer cooler clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.
