Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Clean and maintain the bar area and equipment.
• Remove trash, replace liners, and manage recycling.
• Assist with inventory receiving, organizing, and rotation.
• Refill ice bins and maintain ice levels.
• Cut garnishes and prepare basic bar prep items.
• Assist bartenders during busy periods.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and policies.
• Report equipment or maintenance issues.
