Job summary

The Hershey Company is hiring Hershey's Bartenders at Chocolate World in Hershey, PA. Join a team delivering high-volume, guest-focused service in a fast-paced bar area. You will assist with beverage prep, maintain clean stations, and engage guests to create memorable experiences.

Successful candidates will handle alcohol service per SOP, maintain safety standards, and thrive in a team environment. The role offers evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts with opportunity for raises and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Pennsylvania RAMP server training and ServSafe Food Handler certification within 6 months.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and team player attitude.
• Able to read and follow a recipe and instructions; work at a fast pace for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests at Hershey's Chocolate World bar area.
• Complete prep work for beverages offered in the station.
• Clean and maintain workstations and equipment.
• Engage with guests by recommending and helping them choose beverages.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and properly rotate, label, and store prepped items.
• Assist with cashiering when needed and stocking/restocking inventory.
