Job summary

The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio at Hersheypark is hiring a part-time team member to greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient manner.

You will operate the POS system, handle cash and card transactions, keep dining and bar areas clean, follow safety guidelines, and support opening/closing duties while delivering outstanding guest service. Perks include free admission and parking to Hersheypark and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Post-Employment – RAMP Certification

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with menu knowledge.
• Prepare and serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to brand specs.
• Maintain clean dining and bar areas and wash glasses.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and inventory.
