Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to menu specifications.
• Maintain a clean work and dining area.
• Greet customers, take and enter orders into the POS system.
• Follow food safety regulations as per Department of Agriculture.
• Understand state alcohol service standards and regulations.
• Operate point of sale system and manage transactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a safe environment.
• Take inventory and order supplies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
