Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a part-time bartender for the Hershey’s Chocolate World attraction in Hershey, PA. The role requires delivering friendly, high-volume service in a fast-paced environment and handling alcohol service following SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a high volume restaurant, hotel, or catering operation.
• Previous experience with serving alcohol is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to Hershey's Chocolate World guests at the bar area.
• Prepare and stock beverages according to station standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment per SOP and schedules.
• Engage with guests by recommending beverages and assisting with selections.
• Complete daily temperature logs; assist with beer, wine, and food service as needed.
