Qualifications

• Post-employment - RAMP Certification.
• Previous bar experience helpful.
• Must be well groomed and cordial with guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist the bartender with daily operations of the Iberian Lounge, service bar, and banquet bars, and poolside bar.
• Carry supplies and equipment such as wine, spirits, fruits, ice, glassware, tables, chairs, etc. and help setup service bars and portable bars for parties.
• Clean away debris and maintain order in the bar areas.
• Deliver wines, spirits and beer and obtain receipts.
• Keep bars stocked.
• Prepare bar prep recipes as assigned by management.
• Back up bartender for poolside bar.
