Job summary

Grand Casino Hotel & Resort is seeking a Bar Back to stock and support the lounge and service bar. You will take supply orders, stock the bar, move large cases, fill ice, and assist bartenders during breaks to ensure smooth service.

The role requires knowledge of bar operations, public health hand-washing, infection control, and adherence to alcohol laws. Weekend shifts and physically demanding tasks are common.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Good verbal and writing skills, basic math and cash handling skills.
• Six months experience in Beverage Service Industry.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take supply orders.
• Deliver and maintain Lounge and Casino Service bar in a stocked manner as instructed by the Bartender.
• Move and stock large cases and kegs.
• Fill ice bins as needed.
• Assume duties of Bartender and Cocktail Waitresses during breaks.
• Replace bottles, juices and beer kegs on Easy System when available.
• Empty garbage and mop floors.
• Ensure the safety and security of team members and customers.
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service.
