Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience 1–2 years in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
• Advanced knowledge of food and beverage management; excellent oral communication; ability to interpret instructions and policies.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines and safety policies.
• Provide cordial, efficient, and professional guest interactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments and room charges accurately per company procedures.
• Handle liquor requisitions and ensure compliance with state laws.
• Maintain established beverage pars and station side work as scheduled.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership on drink recipes and product specs.
• Assist in inventory and ensure bar equipment is in good working order.
• Assist in induction of new staff and enforce cash handling procedures.
