The role focuses on developing cocktails, mentoring the team, and delivering a polished guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of bartending experience.
• One year in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine and beer.
• Experience with inventory, costing and beverage controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations to ensure beverage quality, service standards, and team performance.
• Lead, train, and support bartenders and bar staff to maintain a professional, positive culture.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and presentation standards.
• Develop and maintain a thoughtful cocktail program aligned with the restaurant’s brand and guest expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer and coach staff accordingly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and beverage quality, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
