Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Bar Porter to ensure bar areas are clean, well-stocked, and inviting for guests. The role involves trash removal, delivering products to bars, and maintaining VIP lounge areas in line with Wind Creek standards.

The Bar Porter will also provide superior customer service, guide guests with information about services and events, and work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Maintain a professional, neat, well-groomed appearance according to Wind Creek standards.
• Must work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep all bar areas clean and presentable; ensure trash is removed promptly and properly.
• Make deliveries of product to bars and lounges as needed by the Beverage Department.
• Ensure bar areas comply with Pennsylvania Health Codes and Wind Creek standards.
• Provide superior customer service and accurate information to guests about Wind Creek services and events.
• Operate safely and correctly using equipment, tools, or systems and follow PGCB rules and internal controls.
