Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Interpersonal skills with focus on guest needs and service quality.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must obtain a Pennsylvania RAMP card.
• Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
• Interact with guests to keep bar areas clean and inviting.
• Remove trash from bars and restaurants promptly and properly.
• Make deliveries of product to bars and lounges.
• Maintain cleanliness of VIP Lounge food areas and transport food as needed.
• Ensure bar areas comply with PA Health Codes and Wind Creek Standards.
• Provide information about Wind Creek services and events to guests.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment as required.
• Understand PGCB rules and internal controls relevant to position.
• Complete paperwork per Wind Creek standards and PGCB requirements.
