Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking an experienced Bartender - Mixx who delivers unmatched service through prompt beverage delivery. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, handle cash and cards, and ensure compliance with Pennsylvania liquor laws and Wind Creek policies.

The role requires strong guest service skills, reliability, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in beverage service of an upscale and/or high-volume establishment as a bartender.
• Must be able to obtain a Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) card.
• General understanding of specialty drinks, wine and fine spirits.
• Demonstrates superior guest service, friendly demeanor, and multitasking ability.
• Ability to perform cash transactions accurately and efficiently; basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform.
• Take beverage and food orders; prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per department specifications and bar equipment use.
• Provide unmatched guest service; proactively seek service opportunities.
• Interact with guests; deliver high quality drinks promptly.
• Handle cash and card transactions; provide accurate change and receipts.
