Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Bar Porter to ensure superb guest service and maintain clean bar areas. You will assist in beverage operations, perform deliveries, and uphold Wind Creek standards and health code compliance.

The role requires punctuality, a neat appearance, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, while providing friendly guest interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to obtain a RAMP card if required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Maintain a professional, neat appearance and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for shift in proper uniform.
• Interact with guests to ensure bar areas are clean, presentable, and inviting.
• Remove trash from bars and restaurants promptly and respectfully.
• Deliver products to bars and lounges.
• Maintain cleanliness of the VIP Lounge food area and transport food as needed.
• Ensure bar areas comply with PA Health Codes and Wind Creek standards.
• Provide accurate directions and information to guests; know Wind Creek services, events, and promotions.
• Follow safety standards and use equipment/tools properly.
• Develop knowledge of PGCB rules and internal controls applicable to the position.
• Complete paperwork per PGCB and Wind Creek standards.
• Adhere to Wind Creek’s compulsive gambling and responsible gaming policies.
