Wind Creek Bethlehem Bartender - Mixx is seeking a skilled bartender to deliver prompt, friendly beverage service and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction. You will mix drinks, handle payments, and ensure compliance with health codes and liquor laws while working in a high-volume setting.

Minimum requirements include 3+ years of beverage service, ability to obtain a RAMP card, and strong guest-service skills.

Competenze

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in beverage service at an upscale and/or high-volume establishment.
• Must be able to obtain a Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) card.
• General understanding of specialty drinks, wine and fine spirits.
• Demonstrate superior guest service, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to complete cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Mansioni

• Arrive on time in proper uniform and take beverage and food orders.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per department specs.
• Provide unmatched guest service and deliver high quality drinks promptly.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately and provide correct change.
• Ensure beverage areas comply with Pennsylvania Health Codes and liquor laws.
• Comply with PGCB rules, internal controls, and Wind Creek standards.
• Maintain knowledge of Wind Creek services, features, promotions and events.
• Work safely with equipment and follow company safety standards.
