Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-2 years restaurant management experience in a full service restaurant/nightclub or similar setting.
• Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred.
• Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Adhere to health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of food/beverage outlets.
• Plan and organize work and communicate policies.
• Recommend and/or initiate staffing actions per company rules.
• Train and certify staff and ensure proper tools and equipment are available.
• Greet guests, handle complaints and implement service recovery guidelines.
• Assist in marketing programs and menu development to drive sales.
• Monitor performance via guest feedback and financial results; take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain inventory protection, security of funds and timely replenishment.
