Qualifications

• Five years of restaurant/bar management experience.
• Experience running shifts without supervision.
• Experience creating and implementing new concepts in hospitality.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems; MICROS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across nightlife venues and F&B operations.
• Develop and maintain promotional plans to increase business and sales.
• Monitor beverage inventory, costs, and vendor relationships.
• Hire, develop, and coach bar staff; ensure staffing levels.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and day-to-day operations execution.
