Job summary

PBR Atlanta in Smyrna, GA is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets. You will ensure service standards, staff training, and regulatory compliance while delivering guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, coordinating events, optimizing inventory, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Fluent English required; prior restaurant/nightclub management experience preferred; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Manage day-to-day activities of one or more food and/or beverage outlets or assigned portion of the operation.
• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Plan and organize work; communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Budgeting, cost control and profitability across outlets.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or health/food handler requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to federal, state and local regulations concerning health safety or other compliance requirements.
