PBR Atlanta is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our vibrant venue in Smyrna, GA. You will oversee staff, ensure service standards, manage costs, and drive guest satisfaction in a high-energy setting.

The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and fluent English. Hospitality education is a plus; some college may be preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years restaurant management experience in a full service setting.
• Hospitality management degree or some college preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages optional.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food/beverage outlets.
• Plan and organize work, communicate policies, and enforce procedures.
• Assist in creating programs and promotions to market items and increase guest patronage.
• Monitor performance via guest feedback and financial results, and take corrective action.
• Maintain security of inventory, cash, and equipment; minimize waste and control costs.
