Job summary

Circle Concepts LLC in Tempe seeks a Bar Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused bar program. You will oversee drink preparation, pricing, inventory, and scheduling, while collaborating with front-of-house managers to introduce new products.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a bar management role, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting. Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a bar manager or in a similar role at a Restaurant.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of both wine and spirits.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Bonus if familiar with Toast and Margin’s Edge.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Work closely with FOH managers to bring in new products and enhance the current bar program
• Create a weekly bar schedule along with cleaning schedule
• Pricing of new items
• Create featured drinks including mocktails
• Enhance current bar team communication, cleanliness, personability and knowledge
• Maintaining a tight inventory
• Creating an organization protocol for liquor storage
• Serve both bar guests and floor guests
• Ability to be creative with the bar program and its execution including social media posts
