Clive Collective in Scottsdale is seeking a Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations and supervise the beverage team, ensuring a high-energy, hospitality-driven guest experience. This full-time, salaried role manages bartenders and barbacks, supports menu development, and maintains quality and standards across the bar.

The position requires 2+ years in bar/restaurant management, open availability including nights and weekends, and strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer to drive guest

Qualifications

• 2+ years in bar or restaurant management.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling, and inventory tools.
• Arizona Food Handlers Card and Liquor Certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Support bartenders, ensure bar is stocked and organized.
• Monitor drink quality, timing, and presentation.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and bar sanitation.
• Assist with menu development, training, and events.
• Manage inventory, labor, and cost controls.
