This full-time, salaried leadership role requires 2+ years of bar or restaurant management experience, open availability (nights, weekends, holidays), and a focus on beverage quality, training, stock control, and cost management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bar/restaurant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organization.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality.
• Experience with Toast, 7Shifts and Restaurant365.
• Arizona Food Handlers Card & Liquor Certification.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations and ensure service standards.
• Maintain bar stock, organization, and cleanliness.
• Monitor drink quality, timing, and presentation.
• Develop cocktail menus and beverage features.
• Recruit, train, and coach bar staff.
• Schedule bar shifts and manage labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and sanitation.
