Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to obtain a valid food service permit.
• Able to obtain a valid alcohol service permit.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work late hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide attentive beverage service.
• Know menus, specials, beers, drinks, and wine varieties.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS with minimal errors.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper uniform; prep section for shifts.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow liquor laws and company policies on cash, discounts and meals.
• Attend trainings and adhere to the employee handbook guidelines.
• Minimize china/glass breakage and manage pace with guests.
