Beefbar New York is seeking a Beverage Leader to oversee elevated beverage service in a luxury dining setting. Lead nightly front-of-house operations with a strong presence, coach staff, and ensure impeccable guest experiences.

The role emphasizes expert wine and cocktail knowledge, inventory control, and partnership with culinary and service teams to elevate the guest journey in Tribeca.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management in high-volume upscale dining or bar.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beverage cost controls.
• Experience with inventory systems and ordering (Craftable and Restaurant365 preferred).
• Familiarity with Toast and Seven Rooms.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage-focused guest experiences with hospitality and confidence.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wine, cocktails, spirits, champagne, sake, and premium beverages.
• Guide guests through luxury beverage selections and drive beverage sales through coaching.
• Oversee bar operations, inventory, scheduling, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with NYC DOH and SLA regulations.
