We're looking for a Bar Manager who knows a great sports bar isn't built from behind a desk.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create a high-energy sports bar atmosphere that people want to be part of.

• Make game days something special. Big games, cold beer, packed bars, and great service.

• Build relationships with regulars and give new guests a reason to come back.

• Know your craft beer. What's on tap, what's trending, and what our guests want to drink.

• Own beverage costs. Know your numbers, hit your targets, and find ways to improve.

• Own inventory and ordering. Accurate counts, smart purchasing, proper product levels, and minimal waste.

• Control overpouring, shrinkage, and unnecessary spending.

• Drive beverage sales through great service, promotions, and a team that knows how to sell.

• Coach, train, and develop bartenders who know their products and love taking care of guests.

• Hold your team accountable while keeping the culture positive.

• Maintain high standards for drink quality, cleanliness, organization, and safety.

• Be behind the bar and on the floor when things get crazy.

• Handle packed houses, big games, weekends, and the occasional beautiful disaster.

• See problems, solve them, and leave the bar better than you found it.
