Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (bar/restaurant/sports grill experience a huge plus!)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build an upbeat, hardworking team culture
• A hands‑on operator who’s not afraid to jump in and lead by example
• Great communication skills and the ability to handle high-volume nights with ease
• Positive, team-first mindset and passion for hospitality
• Ability to work 40–50 hours/week, including nights and weekends
