Milwaukee Burger Company in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced scratch kitchen, ensuring food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. You will coach Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers, manage labor and inventory, and build a positive culture that reflects Wisconsin hospitality.

This role requires leadership, hands-on involvement, and availability nights and weekends. Join a family-run team that values people and growth while delivering memorable dining

Formación

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for scratch cooking, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and scheduling.
• Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent.
• Hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to jump on the line.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
