What You'll Be Doing

• Make every guest feel welcome. Greet guests with a smile, engage in genuine conversation, and make every interaction count.
• Craft exceptional drinks. Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
• Prep for success. Complete daily bar prep, including cutting garnishes, preparing fresh juices and mixers, batching cocktails when needed, stocking supplies, and ensuring the bar is fully set up for service.
• Stay one step ahead. Anticipate guest needs, check in before drinks run low, and offer another round at just the right time.
• Keep the bar moving. Handle orders, tabs, and payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a smooth flow of service.
• Own your space. Keep your bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for whatever the shift brings. Great bartenders don't wait to be asked to do the little things.
• Be a team player. Communicate with servers, the kitchen, and fellow bartenders to ensure guests receive seamless service.
• Bring your personality. Make recommendations, share your knowledge of the menu, and help create an atmosphere guests want to return to.
• Practice responsible service. Follow alcohol service laws, verify IDs when required, and always prioritize the safety of our guests.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• The ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the role.
