Job summary

Maui Brewing Co. Kailua is hiring a friendly Greeter/Retail Associate to welcome guests and support the FOH team. The role is full-time or part-time in Kailua, HI, with a starting pay rate of $14.75 per hour plus tips.

You will greet guests, manage the waitlist, keep merchandise stocked, and assist customers with purchases while upholding responsible alcohol service and hygiene standards. This position offers meals during training, after-hours meals, employee discounts, and PTO after one year,

Qualifications

• Greeter/hostess experience in a fast-paced venue.
• Retail or customer service experience.
• Personable, team player with strong communication.
• Weekend availability (Fri–Sun).
• Tip-dependent earnings; average $15–$25.
• Free meals during training; later $5 meals.
• Employee discounts on food, drinks, merch.
